Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing maintenance roles.
• 3-5 years in maintenance leadership or supervision.
• Proven experience implementing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong track record improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• US Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a maintenance team (electrical, mechanical, PLC) to maximize uptime.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs; reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Manage CMMS for work orders, scheduling, and data analysis; optimize spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on production equipment.
• Analyze downtime metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to drive root-cause actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to align maintenance with plant goals.
• Develop and manage annual maintenance budget; control costs and allocate resources.
• Support safety audits and maintain accurate maintenance records and compliance.
