Job summary

MTE Hydraulics is seeking an Assembly Team Lead to oversee shift-based assembly operations on the production floor. You will mentor and supervise staff, coordinate with production control, and adjust schedules to meet daily targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing experience, proven leadership, and excellent communication. You will be responsible for audits, documentation, and supporting maintenance with equipment concerns as needed.

What you will own

• Lead assembly production on your shift, keeping operations on plan.

• Build and adjust work schedules to drive efficiency and coverage.
• Stay fluent in processes, machinery, and standard work.
• Confirm products are assembled, tested, and packaged correctly every time.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly; alert maintenance to equipment concerns without delay.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with policies and regulations.
• Audit documentation so all paperwork is accurate and properly signed.
• Handle additional related duties as assigned.
