Job summary

Modular Mission Critical is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to support production operations, including assembly, inspection, packaging, and movement of components. You will work with team members to meet production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes following work instructions, using hand and power tools, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our VA site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, production, or related areas is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products, components, or subassemblies according to work instructions and schedules.
• Operate hand and power tools and production equipment safely.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality compliance.
• Identify and report defects or issues to supervisors.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment or storage.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow manufacturing processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and workstation organization.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
