Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler for our facility in Virginia to support assembly, inspection, packaging and movement of products and materials. This role collaborates with team members to meet production goals while upholding quality and safety standards.

You will work with hand tools and production equipment, follow work instructions, and participate in lean manufacturing practices. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and subassemblies per work instructions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Follow SOPs and lean manufacturing practices.
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
