M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical assemblers are sought to execute advanced mechanical, electrical, and electro-mechanical assembly tasks on our production lines near Richmond, VA.

The Assembler 3 will work from complex drawings, wire lists, and schematics, troubleshoot, and mentor junior teammates to sustain high-quality output. Qualifications

• High school diploma with 3+ years of assembly or relevant experience.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficient in advanced wiring, termination, and mechanical assembly methods.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently on most assignments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute complex assembly tasks using drawings, schematics, and wire lists with minimal supervision.
• Perform advanced wiring, routing, and terminations in accordance with standards and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and moderately complex assembly issues, escalating only non-standard problems.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to Assembler 1-2 employees in tools, techniques, and safe work practices.
• Conduct self-quality checks and identify process or documentation discrepancies.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure sequencing, material readiness, and workflow efficiency.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and support continuous improvement of assembly processes.
• Communicate technical information clearly to peers, leads, and support functions as needed.
