• Maintain customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide backup support for accounts payable activities and reconciliations.
• Process customer deductions, credits, and billing adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve disputes.
• Review production and job-cost reports and validate quantities and status.
• Assist with reconciliation of production and shipment data.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Support management reports and financial statement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Work with plant personnel to resolve financial and data-quality issues.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
