Job summary

McLaren Automotive Ltd. seeks a Manufacturing Apprenticeship Lead to own the apprentice experience and framework, coordinating governance and progression across placements.

You will act as the primary contact for apprentices, managers and providers, ensuring high-quality development and alignment with capability needs. You will lead rotation planning, liaise with functional managers and education partners, and oversee assessment preparation while safeguarding learning outcomes and programme

Qualifications

• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting, coaching, mentoring or developing others.
• Experience delivering or coordinating workplace learning activities.
• Experience with apprenticeships or structured development programmes is advantageous.
• People management experience or readiness for line-management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable owner of the Manufacturing apprentice experience and programme framework.
• Coordinate apprentice development plans, reviews and progress tracking.
• Build effective relationships with training providers and education partners.
• Maintain programme governance, compliance and progression tracking.
