Job summary

Altus Spine is hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced setting. You will manage full-cycle AP/AR functions, vendor relations, and customer payments while ensuring accurate financial reporting and process improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years of hands-on AP/AR experience, knowledge of GAAP, and ERP proficiency. We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on AP/AR or general accounting experience in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GAAP and month-end close activities preferred.
• Experience processing vendor invoices, customer payments, reconciliations and account analysis in an ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and vendor purchase orders accurately.
• Monitor backorders, shortages and order confirmations daily.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, hospitals, and sales reps on status, pricing and fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering and Quality to maintain BOMs and support operations.
• Assist with obtaining POs, pricing approvals and necessary billing documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution.
