Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs, blending operational improvement, digital technology, advanced analytics, and AI to drive productivity and quality across plants.

You will collaborate with client executives, plant leaders, engineers, IT and data teams to design scalable solutions, set deployment roadmaps, and realize measurable business outcomes through AI-enabled manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science or related field.
4–6+ years in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, or related environment.
Experience shaping or delivering AI, analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
Prioritize solution enhancements, shape demonstrations, assess readiness, and define training and support.
Capture lessons, requirements, and constraints to update design backlog and roadmap.
Assess processes, data flows, controls, and technology across plant and network environments.
Translate priorities into process designs, user stories, data and integration requirements, and roadmaps.
Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, APS, and AI services.
Lead design, configuration, testing, validation, training, and benefits tracking.
Facilitate workshops across operations, IT, data, cybersecurity, and vendors.
Manage scope, plans, resources, risks, and executive communications.
Coach multidisciplinary delivery teams to achieve measurable outcomes.
Support technical sales with demonstrations, proposals, and implementation approaches.
Identify follow-on opportunities and maintain trusted client relationships.
Shape and deliver AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and autonomous workflows.
