Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs that blend operational improvement, digital tech, advanced analytics, and AI. You will work with client executives, plant leaders, engineers, and IT teams to convert priorities into scalable solutions that boost productivity, quality, and visibility.

You will guide design, deployment, training, change adoption, and benefits tracking while shaping knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in digital manufacturing or manufacturing operations.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions.
• Experience with manufacturing data models, semantic models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and RAG solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams and programs from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and translate reusable capabilities into practical engagement plans.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Shape and deliver manufacturing AI use cases across predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and intelligent scheduling.
• Plan and execute AI pilots from prioritization to scaling across sites.
