EY in the United States is seeking a Manager in our Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing manufacturing transformation programs that blend operational improvement, digital technology, analytics, and AI.

You will work directly with client executives, plant leaders, operators, engineers, and IT/OT teams to translate business priorities into scalable solutions that improve productivity, reliability, quality, visibility, and decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital manufacturing, manufacturing ops, supply chain, industrial tech, systems implementation, consulting, or related environment.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions within manufacturing or supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Capture lessons and feedback to refine the design backlog and roadmap.
• Assess processes, data flows, and constraints across plant and network environments.
• Translate priorities into process designs, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, and related layers.
• Lead design, configuration oversight, testing, validation, and hypercare.
• Facilitate workshops with operations, IT, OT, data and vendor stakeholders.
• Manage scope, plans, resources, risks, and executive communications.
• Coach multidisciplinary delivery teams and ensure accountability for outcomes.
• Support technical sales through solution shaping and proposals.
• Identify follow-on opportunities from client outcomes and emerging priorities.
• Shape AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and intelligent scheduling.
