Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Supply Chain Manufacturing to lead market-facing manufacturing transformation programs, combining operational improvement, AI, and analytics. You will work with client executives, plant leaders, and engineers to turn priorities into implementable solutions that boost productivity, quality, and agility.

You will shape designs, manage delivery, and ensure scalable outcomes across ERP/MES/OT ecosystems, with heavy collaboration across functions and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, information systems, computer science, business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in digital manufacturing, manufacturing operations, supply chain, industrial technology, systems implementation, or consulting.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI, advanced analytics, or knowledge-enabled solutions in manufacturing or related fields.
• Experience translating AI use cases into data, architecture, integration, security, evaluation, and value realization requirements.
• Experience leading client-facing workstreams or projects connecting manufacturing processes with technology implementations.
• Ability and willingness to travel 80–100%.

Responsibilities

• Lead market-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping through design, implementation, deployment, and value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and translate reusable capabilities into engagement plans.
• Partner with teams to prioritize solution enhancements, validate use cases, and define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Capture lessons, patterns, and constraints to inform design backlog and roadmap.
• Guide solution design across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, and other platforms, based on engagement needs.
• Lead design, configuration oversight, prototyping, testing, validation, and benefits tracking.
