Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in the Supply Chain Manufacturing practice to lead market-facing delivery of manufacturing transformation programs. You will work with client executives and plant leaders to translate priorities into actionable, scalable solutions integrating ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, and AI services.

Responsibilities span design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and benefits tracking, with emphasis on AI-enabled manufacturing, knowledge graphs, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4–6+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial tech.
• Experience shaping or delivering AI or analytics solutions in manufacturing or operations.
• Experience with data models, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and RAG solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing manufacturing transformation workstreams from opportunity shaping to value realization.
• Translate client needs into solution requirements and reusable capabilities.
• Define documentation, training, and support for scalable delivery.
• Capture lessons, patterns, and feedback to inform backlogs and roadmaps.
• Design and integrate across ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, LIMS, QMS, EAM/CMMS, WMS, and AI services.
• Guide design, prototyping, testing, training, and benefits tracking.
• Facilitate workshops across operations, engineering, IT, and vendors.
• Manage scope, plans, resources, risks, and executive communications.
• Shape AI use cases like predictive maintenance, quality intelligence, and AI-enabled workflows.
