Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook; QuickBooks experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between the company and assigned customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate orders, production schedules, and delivery with production, shipping, and accounting teams.
• Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and billing questions promptly and professionally.
• Review invoices and assist with routine billing questions; support A/R and A/P processes.
• Maintain accurate customer data, order records, and documentation.
