HR On Demand is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for our growing U.S. operations. You will work closely with our Taiwan headquarters to establish strong accounting practices and controls as the facility scales.

Responsibilities include month-end close, GL/AP/AR oversight, cost accounting for manufacturing, budgeting support, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory/managerial roles.
• CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, and manufacturing cost accounting responsibilities.
• Coordinate with Taiwan HQ on financial reporting and controls.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management; coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Develop and mentor accounting staff as the team grows.
