Cesna Recruitment, located in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Accountant to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, deliver precise financial reporting, and support internal controls and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting; CPA or Master’s is a plus. On-site position with leadership responsibilities and SAP proficiency. Bilingual skills (Korean) are a bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience including financial reporting, monthly close, AP, and TR; manager level may require 8+ years.
• On-site 100%.
• Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong SAP experience and system skills.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and K-IFRS.
• Bilingual is a plus (Korean).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes including JEs, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare internal and external financial reporting with timely results.
• Support internal controls (SOX) and external audits.
• Lead and develop accounting staff including AP and TR.
