Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 5 to 7+ years of broad-based accounting and financial reporting experience.
• At least 3 years of management or leadership experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy operational environment.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP, internal financial controls, financial forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Directing daily accounting and finance operations, including general ledgers, tax activities, fixed assets, and financial statement preparation.
• Managing the annual budgeting process, conducting variance reviews, and identifying cost-reduction opportunities.
• Providing financial leadership and coaching to develop, train, and motivate the site accounting staff.
• Partnering with executive leadership on tactical planning, vendor evaluations, and audit-firm selection.
• Ensuring full compliance with GAAP, internal financial controls, and applicable regulatory standards.
