Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. (CPP) is opening a new manufacturing site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and seeks an Accounting Manager to establish and support the financial operations of the facility.

You will report to the Controller, ensure GAAP compliance, drive financial analysis, partner with operations and purchasing on capital projects, and build robust accounting processes from the ground up in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or finance.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• CPA or professional designation is a plus.
• Experience with fixed assets, inventory, accruals, prepaids, capital projects, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate month-end close.
• Coordinate with Controller on financial analyses and reports.
• Partner with Operations and Purchasing on capital projects and ROI.
• Produce monthly financial indicators for executive management.
