CPP is preparing to open a new manufacturing site in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, and we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team and play a key role in establishing and supporting the financial operations of this new facility.
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment, partnering with operations, and using financial information to drive business performance. The Accounting Manager will work closely with the Controller and site leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, GAAP compliance, and meaningful financial analysis.

The Accounting Manager will have a unique opportunity to help establish financial processes, systems, reporting, and controls for a brand-new manufacturing site. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of the facility and will provide meaningful exposure to site leadership and Corporate Finance.
