Jobot is seeking a Senior Accountant in the manufacturing sector to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP compliance. The role reports to the Controller and emphasizes accurate, timely financial statements and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior accounting experience, CPA preferred, and proficiency with Excel and financial software. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Proficient in GAAP and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with variance analysis.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit process.
• Collaborate with finance team to improve processes and systems.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision making.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
