Partners Professional is seeking an experienced Controlling & Accounting Manager for its manufacturing facility in Buford, GA. This hands-on leader will drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost accounting while partnering with plant leadership to improve financial performance and operations.

The role requires expertise in IFRS/local GAAP, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Excel, with responsibilities spanning accounting, compliance, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting and financial controlling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax law, and cost accounting.
• ERP systems experience (preferably SAP) and reporting tools such as Lucanet.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Ensure accuracy of GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and payroll.
• Prepare and present financial results and variance analyses.
• Execute monthly reporting using ERP and financial reporting tools.
• Perform cost center accounting and product costing.
