Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations at the Bloomington site. You will partner with site leadership, ensure GAAP compliance, manage general accounting, asset capitalization, reporting, and internal controls to drive accuracy and performance.

This hands-on finance role requires manufacturing experience, ERP proficiency (Oracle), and the ability to deliver timely analyses and insights to improve productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing.
• CPA or professional accounting designation is a plus.
• Strong GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Experience with fixed assets, inventory, accruals, prepaids, cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and financial reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage general accounting functions and prepare financial reports reflecting earnings and cash balances.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting with the Controller.
• Ensure GAAP compliance within the General Ledger through reconciliations and issue resolution.
• Partner with Purchasing and other teams on capital projects, ROI analysis, and budgeting.
• Provide real-time visibility into manufacturing performance to drive productivity and improvement.
• Support internal and external audits and assist with year-end close activities.
