The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years in accounting, experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory valuation, and a track record training staff and improving processes.

• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with year-end close processes.
• ERP systems and accounting software experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes per US GAAP.
• Oversee general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support manufacturing accounting: inventory valuation, cost accounting, variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, supplier payments, and past-due follow-ups.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and controls.
• Support Epicor Kinetic ERP processes, including automation and workflows.
• Contribute to system integrations for future acquisitions; may supervise 1–2 staff.
• Provide accounting guidance and training to cross-functional teams.
• Other duties as assigned.
