Priority Envelope, Inc. in Plymouth, MN is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger, and support month-end closes, audits and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance with 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, strong Excel skills, and prior staff leadership. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years progressive accounting experience preferred.
• Manufacturing/warehouse accounting experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and develop and prepare financial schedules and statements.
• Support the VP Finance with month-end close, audits, and financial reporting.
• Process payroll for all locations and assist with benefits renewals.
