iNRCORE in Bristol, PA is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee site-level accounting, month-end close, budgeting, and reporting. You will manage financial operations, ensure accuracy, and support ERP system management in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, strong GAAP/SOX/IFRS knowledge, and excellent communication skills to lead projects and collaborate with auditors and IT providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 7–10 years experience in general ledger and financial reporting in manufacturing.
• Strong MS Office and ERP proficiency.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, IFRS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure is a plus.
