iNRCORE in Bristol, PA is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee site-level accounting, month-end close, budgeting, and reporting. You will manage financial operations, ensure accuracy, and support ERP system management in a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, strong GAAP/SOX/IFRS knowledge, and excellent communication skills to lead projects and collaborate with auditors and IT providers.

We currently have an opening for an Accounting Manager in our iNRCORE facility, located in Bristol, PA. This position is critical to the success of iNRCORE Group’s financial operations and will be supporting site-level accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ERP system management, reporting directly to the Controller or Director of Finance.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a seasoned accounting professional with strong experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost accounting. They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, possess a solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS, and demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment—especially in high-reliability electronics is highly preferred.
The position of Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core accounting functions including month-end close, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. You will manage site-level financial operations, support business decision-making, and ensure accurate reporting aligned with corporate standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining ERP systems and supporting IT infrastructure coordination.
