Job summary

Zippertubing is seeking an Account Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to final product delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role coordinates complex customer orders, collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure orders are accurate before entering production.

This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Sales, Account Management, or related roles (B2B).
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex customer orders and ensure accuracy before production.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales.
• Maintain CRM/ERP data and monitor open orders to prevent delays.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
