Job summary

Zellerfeld is seeking an experienced Operations Accountant to own end-to-end operations accounting for manufacturing and complex contracts. You will help design the accounting workflows, reporting structures, and ERP configurations to support a fast-growing organization.

You will track production costs, manage inventory, analyze variances, and report on contractual arrangements while collaborating with Finance and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Five years of accounting experience including cost, inventory, and operations accounting.
• Strong knowledge of production accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
• Comfort with large datasets, SQL queries, and analytics tools (Power BI).
• Excellent attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills.
• Clear communication and fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations accounting for manufacturing and complex contractual arrangements.
• Help design accounting workflows, reporting structures, and ERP configurations.
• Track production costs, manage inventory, analyze variances, and report on contracts and revenue arrangements.
• Lead ERP implementation efforts, designing workflows to support internal and external reporting.
