Job summary

Zippertubing is seeking a Corporate Controller to provide financial leadership across multiple entities within the manufacturing group. The role partners with U.S. and international operations to strengthen reporting, internal controls, and financial processes.

This hands-on, senior finance position requires deep accounting knowledge in a privately held manufacturing environment and the ability to deliver accurate, timely financial information to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership, including controller roles.
• Experience in manufacturing with manufacturing accounting knowledge.
• Experience with multiple entities, subsidiaries, or divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain to improve financial performance.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting.
• Support international subsidiaries and transfer pricing considerations.
