Job summary

Zippertubing, Chandler, AZ, is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations for multiple entities. This hands-on role coordinates financial reporting, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration across U.S. and international operations.

You will oversee month-end close, consolidate statements, and partner with leaders in manufacturing and supply chain to drive improvements in profitability and working capital. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including Controller, Assistant Controller, Director of Finance, or comparable responsibility.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of manufacturing accounting.
• Experience supporting multiple business entities, subsidiaries, or divisions.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, financial controls, and consolidated financial statements.
• Experience with international business operations, subsidiaries, or foreign legal entities.
• Strong understanding of intercompany accounting and multi‑entity consolidations.
• Working knowledge of multi‑currency accounting and foreign exchange.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and cross‑functional business leaders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
• Ability to operate effectively in a hands‑on, privately held manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
• Establish and improve internal controls and accounting policies.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with operations, sales, and supply chain to improve performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Analyze profitability, working capital, cash flow, and key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting.
• Support evaluation of strategic investments and growth opportunities.
