Job summary

Zippertubing is seeking an Account Manager in Chandler, AZ to coordinate complex customer orders and deliver exceptional service. You will work with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales to ensure orders are accurate before production.

The role emphasizes relationship-building alongside operational excellence in a manufacturing setting. You will manage quotes, orders, revisions, and RMAs, while maintaining CRM/ERP data integrity and proactive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications preferred.
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Sales, Account Development, Account Management, or related roles.
• Experience using CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and drive product adoption.
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in CRM/ERP.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
• Manage quotes, orders, revisions, cancellations, and RMAs.
• Monitor orders and resolve issues to prevent delivery impact.
