Responsibilities

• Title applications and ownership transfers; prepare and submit to state/county agencies and track from application to final documents.
• Maintain lien perfection; process lien assignments/releases and ensure proper notation.
• Document control and compliance; manage titles/MSOs and ensure audit readiness.
• Communicate with internal partners and external agencies; resolve issues and escalate as needed.
