Responsibilities

• Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System.
• Prepare required disclosures.
• Gather and analyze all documentation and information for the loan, including all approval conditions.
• Accurately calculate income and loan ratios to ensure it is within loan program guidelines.
• Submit and follow up on orders placed with third-party service providers.
• Maintain and manage loan files.
• Communicate with all parties involved to move the loan from application to settlement.
