Responsibilities

• Review and enter loan applications into the Loan Origination System.
• Prepare required disclosures for loans.
• Gather and analyze all documentation and information for the loan and conditions from underwriter.
• Calculate income and loan ratios to ensure compliance with program guidelines.
• Submit and follow up on orders with third-party service providers.
• Maintain and manage loan files and related documentation.
• Communicate with underwriters, loan officers, sales team, attorneys, title companies, appraisers, dealers, and community partners to move loans from application to settlement.
