RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Manufactured Home Remodeling Superintendent based in Fort Collins, CO, with travel across Northern CO and Southern WY. You will oversee remodeling of manufactured homes, coordinate vendors, and manage costs and safety compliance.

The role requires leadership in project coordination, a solid background in residential construction, and proficiency with MS Office. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or construction management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of residential construction experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

As we continue to grow, we are in search of a n individual who will assist with manufactured home remodeling within our communities. The position is based out of Ft. Collins, CO and it is a travelling position within Northern CO and Southern WY. This role is ideal for anyone who has experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, estimator, skilled tradesman or insurance adjuster.

As a successful Remodeling Superintendent, you will:

• Direct, coordinate and monitor vendors to remodel manufactured homes
• Assist with locating and contracting trade partners
• Define the scope of works to accurately assess the cost to remodel
• Assist with establishing standardized pricing with vendors to streamline the bidding process
• Assist with establishing and implementing vendor rules to ensure workplace safety
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or construction management preferred, or a satisfactory combinationof formal education and relevant work experience
• A minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time across RHP communities
• Detail orientated with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking,and follow-through skills
• Must maintain a valid operator’s license and good driving record at all times
• Reliable transportation required
