RHP Properties, Inc. in Lima, Ohio seeks a Corporate - Manufactured Home Remodeling Superintendent to lead remodeling projects across our manufactured home communities from a Lima base.

You will direct vendors, help contract trade partners, define scopes, and assist with pricing and safety rules to ensure quality work on time.

A bachelor's degree is preferred; at least 3 years in residential construction, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel), and willingness to travel ~20% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or construction management preferred, or a satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience, preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time across RHP communities.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Must maintain a valid operator's license and good driving record; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

As we continue to grow, we are in search of a n individual who will assist with manufactured home remodeling within our communities around the Lima Ohio area with a home base out of Lima OH. This role is ideal for anyone who has experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, estimator, skilled tradesman or insurance adjuster.

As a successful Remodeling Superintendent, you will:
