Job summary

Open Management is hiring a full-time Rehab Specialist at our manufactured housing community in Heath, Ohio. You will rehab housing units to occupancy readiness, perform maintenance tasks, and handle unit turns with attention to quality and timelines.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, rehab experience, and the ability to work from on-site locations with safety at the forefront. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Rehab experience required.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and safety protocol.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance.
• Construction experience desired.
• Must read, write and speak English to follow instructions and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform full rehab projects including flooring, drywall, cabinetry and fixtures.
• Complete property maintenance requirements (cleaning, painting, interior/exterior maintenance, lawn care, debris removal, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Complete unit turns including cleaning and basic repairs.
• May transport, install and connect stoves, refrigerators and other appliances; load/unload and move materials.
• Operate power tools and equipment; perform roofing, HVAC, and general repairs as needed.
• Remove damaged materials and ensure site cleanup.
