Job summary

Open Management is seeking a full-time Rehab Specialist at our manufactured housing community in Republic, Missouri. The role focuses on completing full unit rehabs and renovations to ready homes for occupancy, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Ideal candidates have rehab experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong ability to follow safety procedures. Local travel may be required as part of the job responsibilities.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Rehab experience is required.
• Entry-level knowledge of basic maintenance is preferred.
• Construction experience is desired.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and directions, including safety protocol.
• English literacy to read, write and speak for basic instructions and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform full rehab projects including flooring, drywall, cabinetry, and fixtures.
• Handle basic property maintenance tasks (cleaning, painting, interior/exterior maintenance, lawn care, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, lighting, roof repairs, HVAC maintenance, appliance repairs).
• Complete unit turns including cleaning and painting.
• Transport, install and connect appliances as needed.
• Move materials and unload/load as required; assist with site cleanup.
