Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Risk/Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Interest in product analysis, business analysis, data analysis, market research, insurance, or product development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• A willingness to learn, ask questions, accept feedback, and collaborate with others.

Responsabilités

• Assist with analyzing product performance, profitability, customer needs, and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Help turn data into clear reports, visualizations, and insights for team members and business partners.
• Conduct competitive and market research to support product decisions including development of state specific competitive analysis documentation of our top competitors.
• Identify risk management concerns, analyze client specific risk management items, and suggest corrective actions based on data analysis.
• Gain exposure to product changes throughout the development lifecycle, including planning, quality assurance, regulatory filing, implementation, and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with teams such as Product Management, Actuarial, Underwriting, Sales, and Technology.
• Help identify opportunities to improve products, reporting, and team processes.
• Participate in team meetings, ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to assigned projects.
