Job Details

• Precision Machining: Set up, operate, and maintain manually controlled machines such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses to produce parts that meet exact specifications.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet all required tolerances and specifications.
• Quality Control: Use gauges, fixtures, and measuring instruments to maintain precision and document set-up sheets for each project.
• Material Handling: Fabricate parts from various metals and plastics, while following all instructions in the manufacturing traveler.
• Maintenance and Safety: Perform daily maintenance on machinery, adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
