Job summary

Western Post Group Logistics in Joliet is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team in maintaining safe, accurate, and efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, leadership, inventory management, WMS, and cross-functional coordination with procurement, transportation, and customer service.

This role is onsite; English and Mandarin bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS or warehouse management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
• Onsite work; English and Mandarin bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Lead, train, coach, and evaluate warehouse associates to maintain productivity, accuracy, and standards.
• Monitor daily workflows and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with inventory, supply chain, procurement, transportation, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Monitor inventory activity and help maintain accurate records; address discrepancies as needed.
• Utilize WMS to track inventory movements and maintain data integrity.
• Prepare and review warehouse performance reports, KPIs, and productivity metrics.
• Identify inefficiencies and support process improvements.
