• Minimum 3–5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in supervision.

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control principles.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse associates, including scheduling and training.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and quality standards.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Optimize layout and processes to maximize space and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct cycle counts.
• Operate and supervise warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service for seamless operations.
• Prepare and submit reports on activities, performance, and staffing.
