Job summary

YQN Logistics Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to oversee a team of full-time staff, drive performance, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse activities in our in-person facility.

You will coach, schedule, and report on operations while maintaining high standards of service. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in logistics or warehouse management, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full-time employees, staffing, training, development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Implement performance and productivity strategies with coaching and counseling as needed.
• Direct operational activities within warehouse settings, ensure adherence to work instructions and safety regulations.
