Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee inbound, outbound and inventory control operations. You will lead a team, manage daily tasks, and drive accuracy and efficiency across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and shipping.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years in warehouse roles: inbound/outbound/inventory control.
• 1+ year in supervisory/leadership roles preferred.
• Experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound or inventory control.
• WMS/ERP/PDA or RF scanning systems experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift and perform warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
• Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor productivity, accuracy and safety.
• Monitor KPIs: receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and variances.
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain records using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Excel and other data-entry tools.
• Train and coach employees to improve productivity and safety compliance.
• Maintain organization and proper product storage.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory and management teams.
• Assist with SOP development and workflow improvements.
• Perform other duties and maintain attendance.

We are hiring Warehouse Supervisors to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. Candidates will be assigned to an area based on their experience and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.

• Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in at least one area: inbound, outbound, or inventory control.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.
