Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to promote our products and services and build strong relationships with new and existing accounts in the Chicago area.

The role may require some evenings, weekends or holidays to meet customer needs. You will receive a competitive base salary plus bonus and promotional incentives, mileage reimbursement, a cell phone, and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of outside foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Restaurant management / chef experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate existing accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Qualify prospects following account stratification goals.
• Research customer business needs and develop a mix of products and service to meet needs.
• Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers.
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel.
• Manage deliveries and routing per schedule; troubleshoot issues as needed.
