Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Bilingual Client Service Representative to serve international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account servicing needs. You will help with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, and provide translation support for internal partners and clients in Mandarin as needed.

The role involves a structured schedule with potential evening/overnight shifts to support Stock Plan Services; strong communication skills and integrity are essential

Qualifications

• In addition to English, must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR a condition to obtain within training time.
• Well-developed communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients, verbally and in writing.
• Available to work a structured schedule including pre-determined lunch and break times.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, integrity and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options; handle general account servicing inquiries.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients in a foreign language as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services with evening and overnight shifts.
