Job summary

Charles Schwab in Austin, TX is seeking a bilingual Client Service Representative to assist domestic and international clients with trading and account inquiries. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to support trading of stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, plus translation work for internal partners.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
Experience in financial services and client communication is preferred.
Willingness to work in a structured schedule with shifts and breaks.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Serve international and domestic clients with trading and general account servicing needs.
Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients as needed.
Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
