Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Financial Client Service Representative to service international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing needs. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, assisting with trades and inquiries, and performing translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign languages as needed.

Evening and overnight shifts support Stock Plan Services, with opportunities for a bonus and language incentives.

Qualifications

• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or training to obtain them
• Strong communication skills to establish trust with clients
• Ability to adhere to a structured schedule and take breaks as needed
• Positive attitude with ethics and integrity
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support international and domestic clients with trading and account services
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients as needed
• Support Stock Plan Services during evenings and overnight shifts
