Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Client Service Representative to support both international and domestic clients with trading and account services. You will help with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options while delivering accurate information and translations as needed.

Eligible for a bonus and language incentive opportunities, the role requires Mandarin proficiency in addition to English and a commitment to professional growth in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak Mandarin in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required or must obtain within training time.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build client trust.
• Structured schedule adherence and professional conduct.

Responsabilités

• Service international and domestic clients with trading and account inquiries.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options; provide account servicing.
• Provide document translation support for internal partners and clients as needed.
