Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a bilingual Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with trading needs and account inquiries. You will help with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, and perform translation services for internal partners as needed.

The role supports evening and overnight shifts in Stock Plan Services, with a focus on building trust through excellent communication and service in both English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Mandarin reading, writing and speaking required.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses or willingness to obtain them.
• Strong verbal and written communication to build trust with clients.
• Structured schedule adherence including breaks.

Responsibilities

• Serve international and domestic clients with trading and account servicing needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Provide document translation support for internal partners and clients.
• Support stock plan services with evening and overnight shifts.
